Provider-Specific Terms
These Provider-Specific Terms supplement the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (the “Standard Agreement”) offered through the Atlassian Marketplace. Together, the Standard Agreement and these Provider-Specific Terms form the End User Terms for the Product. If there is a conflict, these Provider-Specific Terms prevail for the matters they address. 1. Provider and Product
Provider is an individual publisher (not a limited company). The Product is the Forge app Ultimate PI Planning Board for Jira, distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace as Paid via Atlassian (including any free trial and any $0 unit tier offered on the listing).
2. Privacy
Provider’s Privacy Policy for the Product is available at https://agileenablementtechnology.com/privacy-policy. That policy describes what the Product accesses and stores. It is an Attachment to the Agreement for privacy disclosures.
3. Support
Support contact for the Product: support@agileenablementtechnology.com. Provider aims to respond to reasonable support requests during normal UK business hours, on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. No formal SLA or uptime commitment is offered unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Governing law and venue
These Provider-Specific Terms and the Agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Provider may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

5. Cloud / Forge nature of the Product
- The Product runs on Atlassian Forge within the customer’s Atlassian Cloud site.
- Availability of Atlassian Cloud, Forge, and Jira is controlled by Atlassian, not Provider.
- Customer remains responsible for its Jira configuration, user permissions, and content.
6. Changes
Provider may update these Provider-Specific Terms by posting a revised version at this URL and updating the effective date. Material changes will also be reflected in the Marketplace listing’s Provider-Specific Terms field when a new version is published.
